Hi I’m Doctor Rebecca Quake, but please just call me Bec. I’ve been a qualified GP for over 10 years, and have worked in many locations around Australia and more recently in Canada. The branches of medicine I specialise in are Women’s Health and Mental Health, but it is also nice to see a cold every now and then. I have worked in several different fields in medicine including: Forensics, Family Planning, Health Technology & Information and Indigenous Health. I also have a special interest in health issues of the LGBTQI community and have done further education into transitioning for gender non-binary individuals.
I have recently returned to Melbourne and am enjoying settling into the western suburbs. Whilst I do not follow an AFL team, I have become supporter of the Seattle Seahawks (Gridiron / NFL) due to the influence of my American husband and recent times in Canada.
