We are a mixed billing clinic. Our fees and Did Not Attend Policy are detailed in our Billings section (see below).
For our current patients, when booking online, please use your name as it appears on your Medicare Card. This will help ensure we match your patient file.

There are always some appointments allocated to emergency or non-emergency walk-in consultations. You may not be able to see your preferred GP under these circumstances and lengthy wait times are likely to occur. Please call us so that we can advise you on a suitable time.

We understand that things change, therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please call us. We can help you reschedule your appointment. However, patients that habitually Did Not Attend (DNA) their appointments can impede our ability to provide quality care. From 1/6/2019, our medical centre has introduced a DNA Policy where patients that miss three appointments can be invoiced a fee of $30.
