There are always some appointments allocated to emergency or walk-in consultations. You may not be able to see your preferred GP under these circumstances.
Our standard appointments are 10 minutes and generally one problem can be dealt with in this time.
Patients are able to book a longer consultation if required by their GP.
Please call us to arrange appointments for a vaccinations (e.g. flu), medicals, work cover claims and any other non-standard appointment.
An appointment is required to receive results.
Due to confidentiality and privacy laws we are unable to give any results over the phone.
Home visit appointments can be arranged at the doctor’s discretion. Please call us to discuss your needs.
Modern Medical Bayswater is Bulk Billing for all patients with a valid Medicare Card.

Should you have a concern or complaint, please speak with your Doctor or our Practice Manager in the first instance. Telephoning your doctor
You can contact your doctors in the practice by telephone during normal surgery hours and a message will be taken and passed on to the doctor.
Your call will be returned by reception staff by the end of the doctor’s shift.
