The Medical Practitioner Referral Program (MPRP) is open to all members of public and provides a monetary payment for referring a successful candidate.
The MPRP is in place to recognise your contribution in growing Modern Medical. To grow, we need a team that delivers quality patient care. Therefore, we need to find patient-centered Medical Practitioners who can work in a team environment.
We’re encouraging you to refer Medical Practitioners who are looking for flexible work arrangements to achieve work-life balance. Medical Practitioners that communicate openly, values diversity, is reliable and continuously looks to improve.

You are eligible for a referral bonus if the referred candidate is a Fellowed Medical Practitioner. A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) is a specialist general practice qualification accredited by the Australian Medical Council.
The referral allows for two payments, paid once the referred candidate successfully completes three and then nine months with us.

The candidate will then go through the recruitment process.
The MPRP is only available for successful candidates (once they commence working with us).
$1,000 First Payment: Practitioner has completed 3 months with us.
$4,000 Second Payment: Practitioner has completed 9 months with us.
Terms & Conditions
This Medical Practitioner Referral Program commences 12/03/2019, and is on-going until Management announces otherwise. Any referrals before 12/03/2019 are ineligible for the program.
The referred Medical Practitioner must be a Voctionally Registered General Practitioner (VR GP) and has Australian Citizenship or Australian Residency, or is a New Zealand Citizen and has no restrictions on practising as a Medical Practitioner in Australia.
Any payments related to this program will be subject to relevant taxation and/or superannuation requirements.
By participating in this bonus scheme, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
No alternative to the incentive(s) will be offered. The reward is not transferable and will be disregarded if:
The Medical Practitioner that has been referred has departed or is under notice before 3 months (first payment) or before 9 months (second payment)
Part time employees will be paid on a pro-rata basis—38 FTE. For example, if the new practitioner works 3 days per week (0.6 FTE) and completes 3 months, the following will apply for a new graduate: $600 (0.6 x $1,000). This will be based on contracted hours (employment or Services & Facilitiles contract).
