His special interests are in complex and chronic health issues, cardiology (heart) and sports medicine
Rushan is our Operations Manager. He commenced working with Modern Medical as the Assistant Accountant, so he has an extensive understanding of how a medical centre operates. His passion is seeing his team thrive and provide exceptional service to the patients. In his spare time (which is very rare) he enjoys his other passion – music. Rushan has an amazing voice (a tenor) and can play the piano with great flare.
Rushan came to Australia in 2005 where he completed a Bachelor of commerce in Accounting and Management and recently he completed his MBA with La Trobe University. He has also guest Lectures at Victoria University in Practice Management courses.
Rushan also works as an Accreditor with GPA and visits other clinics in Victoria to assist and assess in their accreditations.
Rushan is always looking for a better way to do things and ensuring he and his team have fun along the way.
